In honor of this week’s Top Chef roux-haha (somebody please douse me with a cucumber mojito, because I’m on fire!), I post for you the best whisk known to humankind: because its flat flangies allow it to scrape all your pot’s nooks and crannies, it will scoop up all the little bits that Stefan obviously missed.
