To finish off misosouper’s first annual *free week* (hope you liked–and noticed–that everything posted this week is gratefully gratis), allow me to direct your attention toward We-Care.com.  Instead of checking off your holiday shopping list through a cash-back or affiliate program, consider clicking through We-Care.com instead; with every purchase you make at over 700 merchants, like my faves Zappos, Uncommon Goods, Amazon, Target, Wrapables, Yoox, and Gap (admit it:  you’re buying from them anyway), you’ll donate a portion of what you spend to a cause of your choice.  To simplify the experience even more, lazy bones like me can download an IE or Firefox plug-in that automatically donates when you shop at these stores.  If you’d like to donate your funds through Team Misosouper!, which supports NAMI (the National Alliance on Mental Illness), click through my badge (located at left, and in the meta section of the sidebar), or grab your own for your website.
