Polka dot travel mugs = happiness. Can’t wait to slide this across the counter at my morning coffee stop. No more paper cups!

I love coffee—the smell, the flavor, the sound of the last gasp of steam whooshing from the coffee maker when the pot is ready—but ever since I switched to decaf there’s been something missing (and it’s not just the caffeine). Drinking decaf is like winning 2nd place. It’s still good, but it’s kind of a bummer. So I’m going to spruce up 2nd place with a beautiful new french press and pour some luxury back into my cup.
Coffee mugs have always been my desktop storage vessel of choice. The extra heft of fired ceramic makes for a solid base for pencils and pens, and every office kitchen has a cupboard packed with abandoned cups. The Hookmaker teacup tile puts a much classier, decorative spin on the old stand-by.
How do you take your coffee? Design the perfect cup by matching the color of your beverage to these Pantone Espresso cups. I’m a latte girl myself (Pantone 464 C) but perhaps you’d prefer an Americano (Pantone 175 C), a cappuccino (Pantone 1395 C), or a straight shot (Pantone 1545 C) for the purists.
I picked up these canisters at Target last week (on clearance; strange that the website doesn’t list them as such), and the pitiful photo included here does not do them justice. Sweet bamboo tops and spoons, airtight lids: perfect for prettying up your sugar, coffee, and tea storage.
