Dear Cupid,

Please don’t be coy.  We tried that when I was, oh, 17 or so.

What I really want–besides a Kindle 2, which, unless I’m Oprah, just isn’t happening– is this lovely book full of work by artists like Samantha Hahn, Erin Loechner, Jess Gonacha, and Kate Bingaman-Burt.  Plus, I’m art/girl crushing on the lady from the front cover, which makes the fact that my husband will probably give it to me a little twitterpating.

But you, with your twisted arrows and warped little leotard, you like that sort of thing, don’t you?
