It was the “Nooooo!” heard ’round the world. Star Wars was released on Blu Ray this month, and in typical George Lucas fashion, he made some questionable updates to the original films. This time it’s a Darth Vader voice-over that has die-hard fans committing light saber harakiri. Hopefully they can comfort themselves by expressing their feelings about Lucas in these limited edition Star Wars journals.
Your favorite love songs. The best dates you’ve ever had. The most romantic books you’ve read. Write the book on love, top ten style, with this Love Listography journal. (Now through February 14th, you can save 25% on all kinds of Valentine’s Day treats from Chronicle Books. Oh, how I love thee!)
Wednesday is my birthday, Friday is Christmas, Saturday is a wedding.
And I’m sick–as in the most fun I’m going to have this week is Snuggie-wallowing on the couch, watching “Say Yes to the Dress.”
Can you blame me for feeling misanthropic?
While I’m down for the count, I fully plan on chronicling my list of grievous injuries in my Knock Knock “In My Humble Opinion” journal. Because all of you, with your germs and squirms and general gross humanity, did this to me. And I won’t soon forget it.
The limited edition “LOVE” journal from Dogeared Jewels & Gifts is a gem of a notebook bound in re-purposed leather. Inside you’ll find 36 recycled paper pages to inscribe with love notes, shopping lists, or perhaps your latest and greatest brainstorm. The LOVE debossed logo is hand crafted in California. Each journal is different, depending on the leather color and comes wrapped in brown kraft paper. And how can you resist the silver leather? It is perfect for a holiday gift and very stylish as well. The LOVE journal also comes in natural, gold, plum, and moss. Be careful not to get the leather cover wet, it will age the leather prematurely. Otherwise, this beautiful little book should last for many years to come.
