This was a big week for San Francisco. Our first Madewell store opened, and I fear that it will be my undoing. I love everything, and while I can generally restrain myself from going overboard shopping online, trying it all on in the flesh might just prove too much. Needless to say, I am beating down their doors.
I was sure that the maxi dress trend would disappear as fast as it exploded four or five years ago. But every summer, they keep coming back, romantic and flowy and pretty as ever. I couldn’t be more pleased.
