I was sure that the maxi dress trend would disappear as fast as it exploded four or five years ago. But every summer, they keep coming back, romantic and flowy and pretty as ever. I couldn’t be more pleased.
This made me laugh, and while not exactly an endorsement, I had to post it. $150 for a pair of denim cut-offs? Seriously? I mean, don’t get me wrong. I love the look (especially with the striped boatneck tee) and a torn-up pair of jean shorts would happily be my summer uniform if I never had to go to work. But come on.
Once thing is for certain: you can never own too many cashmere cardigans. The next one I’m adding to my wardrobe is this striped number. I love the contrast of the bold lines against the floral pattern beneath. Perfect unexpected combo.
