Don’t mind me if I pull on some festive socks, tuck my skinny jeans into these boots, and I don’t take them off ’til spring.

The east coast got its first snow last weekend, which made front page news in the New York Times and filled my Facebook wall with winter wonderland photos. Bundle up, my far-away friends!
We leave for Baby’s First Christmas in Connecticut in three days, and word is there is already a ton of snow at the grandparents’ house. So, I spent the weekend frantically searching for winter gear to keep the little one warm. Remember the Patagonia rain jacket I posted last month? Now we can have a matching father-son ensemble with this ridiculously cozy looking baby bunting. Yuppie heaven!
If you’re totally sick of looking at your coat (and at this mid-winter moment, who isn’t?), think about alternating it with this burgundy number. (Also available in olive and glamorous dirt-magnet cream.) With details like an asymmetrical collar that folds up to a warm funnel, a belt that trims your waist, and a v-neck hem perfect for leg crossing, the coat’s tailored details make its $49.99 price tag even more ridiculously reasonable.
Cold, bored, and stuck inside? Sick of the Wii? Let this stickable hopscotch board be your winter warmer.
